To celebrate International Women’s Day this March, we’re bringing women together on the mats.

Bring:
• the friend who’s always been too scared to try BJJ
• your sister you’re travelling with
• your aunty from down the road
• your pal who is usually only into pads
• or any woman who’s curious, nervous, or just ready to try something new

Come alone. Come with a friend. All affiliations welcome. No experience needed.

This will be a relaxed, free women-only session focused on:

• Connection
• Community
• Post workshop open mat
