A women’s Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu camp in Phuket designed for grapplers who want to sharpen their skills, experience Thailand, and connect with an incredible community of women from across Asia and beyond.
For one unforgettable week, you’ll train on the mats, roll on the sand, share meals, and explore the best of Phuket.
This camp is for women of all levels — whether you’re brand new to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, a hobbyist looking for a fun training holiday, or a competitor prepping for your next event. Our focus is on technical growth, community, and adventure.
Gi + NoGi classes taught by experienced female instructors. Sessions are technical, inclusive, and tailored for all levels — from first-time competitors to seasoned black belts.
Designed for grapplers, these S&C sessions will build functional strength, mobility, and endurance so you leave the camp feeling stronger than when you arrived.
Join our monthly BJJ rounds event — Gi + NoGi — and train with women from across Thailand and Asia in a high-energy, supportive environment.
Roll on mats set up right on Nai Harn Beach with the ocean as your backdrop. Finish as the sun dips low for an unforgettable session.
Spend an afternoon on the water, swimming, snorkelling, and relaxing in the sun.
Experience Thailand’s famous water festival with the group — a day of celebration, fun, and cultural connection you’ll never forget.

We’ll start the day with a serene sunrise visit to the iconic Big Buddha, followed by an optional group breakfast overlooking the island.

Not at all! The BJJ Experience Week is open to all levels, from complete beginners to advanced competitors.
Our coaches will tailor the sessions to your level and ensure everyone gets the right balance of challenge and fun.
Bring your BJJ gi and no-gi training gear.
We also recommend packing light training clothes, sunscreen, a reusable water bottle, and swimwear, we’ll spend time on the beach too!
Absolutely! Many participants come solo.
You’ll be joining a friendly and welcoming group of women from around the world, and by the end of the week, you’ll have a new BJJ family.
Meals are not included, but there are plenty of healthy and affordable options nearby.
We’ll also share our favourite local spots for post-training meals and coffee. We can help you arrange meal prep delivered to your hotel or the gym each day.
